My name is Rakaesh K Misra and I run "Startup Success Engineering" programs. 18 years that I spent in technology corporate working with fortune 500 early adopter best-in-class global enterprises, taught me the art of building new business opportunities in emerging technologies .

Around the time when startup phenomenon started becoming real in India, I cofounded "IIT Mentors" - a pan IIT mentoring program in 2012 to work with young IITian entrepreneurs to help them build technology based ventures. Having been greatly inspired by young entrepreneurs and moved by the energy in the startup ecosystem, I decided to transition from corporate life to startup world to build India's one of the first technology focused incubators. 3 years of deep hands-on engagements with startups, corporates, institutions and government taught me a lot about the science of building startup ventures from scratch.

I work as an independent expert with corporates, private accelerators and academic institutions. I also work with selective founders as personal coach to them for their startup founder to CxO leadership transition.
